With nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, I have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates for diverse roles across Asia Pacific and EMEA. I have recruited across Accenture, TekMonks, and a Singapore consultancy, spanning IT, technical, and professional roles.
My day-to-day is hands-on: I work inside the Confluence ATS and HR systems, run phone screenings and initial interviews over Skype, and administer technical exams. I partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations, and I keep candidates informed and supported at every step of the process.
